Custom printed Direct to Film (DTF) Transfers

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING GANG SHEETS UNLESS THAT OPTION IS SELECTED WHILE ORDERING. 

What are the artwork requirements?

      We require the file uploaded to have the following:

• .png format
• Ready to print (Correct size)
• Transparent Background
• Good quality image (300dpi preferred)

NO Modifications will be made to artwork submitted. 

Do you offer design services?

Yes, we do offer design services at an additional charge. This service includes resizing or arranging your images for gang sheet orders.

What type of material can these transfers be placed on?

These transfers can be applied to any color cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blend garment with ease.

Can I use a Cricut Easypress to apply the transfers?

No, we DO NOT recommend using a Cricut Easypress to apply your transfers.

Processing Time: 

While we will make every effort to get your transfers out to you as quickly as possible, our current processing time is 7-10 business days (not including holidays or weekends).

Shipping:

Your items will be shipped via either USPS, or UPS (determined at checkout).

Refunds:

Refunds are not offered on custom direct to film transfers.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS FOR OUR TRANSFERS:

 1. Pre-press your shirt for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture.

2. Press transfer for 15-20 seconds with parchment paper.

3. Allow transfer to cool (this is not a hot peel).

4. Peel transfer.

5. Press again for 5-10 seconds (we recommend a fresh sheet of parchment paper)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You should not use fabric softeners or dry-clean the items. Can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.
